Their addition represents an important milestone in the continued evolution of Women in DSO® and signals the organization’s expanding influence across the dental and DSO landscape.
Strengthening the Foundation. Expanding the Vision.
Since its inception, Women in DSO® has been built on one guiding principle: create space for leadership, connection, and advancement across the industry. What began as a community-driven movement has grown into a powerful platform that convenes executives, operators, founders, and innovators shaping the future of dentistry.
As we celebrate five years of impact, the addition of these accomplished leaders to the Board of Directors reflects both how far we’ve come — and how intentionally we are building what comes next.
This is growth with purpose.
This is advancement with intention.
A Collective Commitment to the Future
The newest members of the Board bring global perspective, enterprise experience, and a shared commitment to advancing leadership at scale. Their presence further strengthens Women in DSO®’s ability to:
- Expand strategic partnerships across the industry
- Elevate leadership development opportunities
- Advance national and global visibility
- Foster meaningful collaboration between operators, clinicians, and industry partners
- Build sustainable pathways for the next generation of leaders
These appointments are not simply additions to a board — they represent alignment around a shared mission and a bold future.
The Next Phase of Women in DSO®
Women in DSO® continues to evolve as a trusted convening platform for leaders across every segment of the DSO ecosystem. As the industry grows more complex, more sophisticated, and more interconnected, so too must the organizations that support it.
With this expanded Board of Directors, Women in DSO® is positioned to deepen its impact, broaden its reach, and accelerate its mission in the years ahead.
We remain focused on:
Leadership.
Access.
Community.
Advancement.
We are honored to welcome Guillaume Daniellot, Nicola Deall, and Allison Alexander to the Women in DSO® Board of Directors — and excited for what we will build together.
